Our client, a collaborative and creative company located in the heart of Augusta, GA is seeking a proactive and polished Front Office Coordinator to be the face of their firm. This role is key to keeping our office running smoothly—and their clients feeling welcome. This is more than your standard front desk position. We’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism, as they are managing the logistics of office operations. Ideal candidates are resourceful, detail-oriented, and bring a “how can I help?” attitude to work each day. Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact: greet guests, answer phones, and direct calls/visitors appropriately - Maintain a tidy, professional front office and lobby area - Manage day-to-day tasks of our office “runners” (coffee setup, mail runs, copy jobs, errands, etc.) - Liaise with building maintenance vendors, schedule services, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently - Identify and implement small office process improvements to enhance workflow and organization - Assist with occasional administrative tasks and light office support for project teams Qualifications: - Experienced in front office or administrative roles (bonus points for professional services or creative environments) - Able to manage multiple responsibilities calmly and efficiently - Naturally hospitable and enjoys making clients and guests feel welcome - Strong communicator with solid organizational skills - Confident using email, phone systems, and basic office tech (Microsoft Office, copiers, scanners, etc.) - Comfortable taking initiative and owning your space Details - This is a temp-to-perm position, offering an opportunity to join our firm long-term - Pay range: $22–$24/hour, depending on experience - Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
