Contract $25 per hour Job Summary:
The HR File Clerk will support the Human Resources department by digitizing employee records and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a position requiring a high level of attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:

Scan hard copy employee files into the electronic filing system.
•
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents.
•
Accurately alphabetize and organize employee records.
•
Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and computers.
•
Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned by HR.
•
Ensure accurate electronic filing and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•
Entry-level position; prior HR experience preferred.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
•
High attention to detail and accuracy.
•
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
•
Strong interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a positive attitude.
•
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
•
Able to sit or stand for extended periods.
•
Basic working knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
•
Manual dexterity for typing and filing tasks.
