POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: Develops, performs and manages the functions of an organized Employee Health Program and Worker’s Compensation. Prioritizes and develops programs/plans to achieve the outcome goals of the program including increased level of employee wellness, increased employee satisfaction, prevention of communicable disease, decrease in number of lost work days in Worker’s Compensation, compliance with regulatory standards, and decreased costs related to employee health issues. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Associate’s or Diploma Degree from an accredited school of nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Minimum Experience Three years experience in an adult clinical healthcare setting Two years management experience preferred Experience with Worker’s Compensation and OSHA regulatory standards preferred. Required Registration/License/Certification Current Kansas registered nurse license BLS certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support [American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider] certification will be accepted) within 90 days of hire Occupational Health Nursing Certification preferred Location: Salina Regional Health Center · Employee Health Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
