Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Implement and enforce food safety standards to guarantee the health and safety of both staff and customers. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, including interviewing potential new hires. Oversee kitchen management to ensure quality food production and presentation. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience. Coordinate catering services as needed for special events or promotions. Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Experience Proven experience in food service management or a related field is essential. Familiarity with fine dining concepts is a plus but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Experience in inventory control processes within the food industry. Background in catering or large-scale food production is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
