POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates patient care activities and physician services throughout the health center. Acts as a resource to all departments, particularly the patient care areas. Multidisciplinary collaboration ensures and expedites safe, quality care. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Associate's or Diploma Degree from an accredited school of nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing or advanced degree in nursing preferred Minimum Experience Three years of acute care experience in a clinical setting Required Registration/License/Certification Current Kansas registered nurse license BLS certification (Basic Life Support American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer or Basic Life Support American Heart Association-Health Care Provider certification will be accepted within 90 days of hire Location: Salina Regional Health Center · Resource Team Schedule: Full Time, Varied Shifts, Every other weekend 7am-7pm; evening shifts during the week; rotating Holidays.
