Responsibilities Assists in the daily operations of the wellness center and athletic training service aspect of Henry County Rehabilitation Services and Sports Rehabilitation Center Coordinates the front office duties of scheduling, answering the telephone, basic facility upkeep, and various other front office responsibilities of the wellness center and athletic training area Provides some supervision of wellness gym and equipment and maintain equipment cleanliness Acts as general receptionist in wellness/sports medicine area and assures that only designated personnel are admitted Maintains accurate and timely recordsWorks as a team player with all staff members Qualifications Work requires the ability to read and write well enough to follow detailed procedures and instructions Proficient communication skills are necessary, along with a working knowledge of office procedures Requires basic computer skills Good judgment skills are required in coordinating schedules High school diploma/GED equivalent required One year previous office experience preferred The above statements are intended to describe the functions and related requirements of persons assigned to this job.
