Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outlet Manager located in Sarasota, FL. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory management, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Qualifications
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Inventory Management
• Strong People Management and Communication skills
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
