Summary: We’re seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide patient evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver speech therapy services to help restore function and improve patients’ quality of life. In this role, you’ll work with patients to address communication and swallowing difficulties due to illness, injury, or disability. Responsibilities of the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Conduct patient evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and physician referrals. Administer therapy to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Supervise and delegate responsibilities to support staff (e.g., OT/PT aides). Ensure accurate documentation of services provided and submit charges timely. Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities and operational improvements. Follow all infection control, safety protocols, and departmental training procedures.
