Job Details Role - S4 PPDS Solution Architect
Location: Consultant must be able to travel to Grand Rapid, MI, Athens, GA
Travel required Yes. Consultant must be able to travel to Grand Rapid, MI, Athens, GA, Tijuana MX plants up to 75% of the time.
Years of experience 10+ (8+ with S4).
Experience implementing S4 PPDS in the automotive industry.
Role Description
• Sap S4 Design, Build, Test, Deployment, and Hypercare phase experience with large complex international companies implementing PPDS solutions using Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing methods.
• Detailed knowledge of multi-level Bills of Materials, Routings, and Production Versions.
• Integration experience with EWM.
• Skills - Model Mix planning; Takt Based Planning; Dynamic / Manual Offloading, Short cycle scheduling; Mass capacity update, iPPE, Line Balancing
• Consulting skills Knowledgeable of best practices, ability to write functional specifications for complex Enhancements and Interfaces.
• Outstanding written and verbal skills.
• Has demonstrated leadership in managing client workshops.
