Here, you’ll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity.  Join us for the opportunity to grow and make a difference in ways that matter to you. Role Summary The accelerated three-week internship program engages MBAs before entering their first year of business school and is a great way to get immersed in a research project, network and learn from seasoned investment professionals.  ResponsibilitiesConduct equity research and perform hands-on fieldwork.Receive mentoring from experienced analysts and portfolio managers.Engage with company management.Make a call; initiate on one stock, or a credit/bond.Present your findings. Internship culminates in a final presentation aimed at communicating recommendation to our analysts and portfolio managers. QualificationsRequired: 1st year MBAs who are enrolled, or will be enrolled by this Fall, in a 2-year program graduating in May 2027  Preferred:Interest in investingStrong background in finance and accounting (preferred)Good communication skillsProficiency in working with MS Excel and PowerPointIntellectual curiosityDisciplined approach to analysisBase Salary RangesPlease review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.$165,000 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$165,000 for the location of: Washington, D.C.$165,000 for the location of: New York, CaliforniaPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionAt T.
