Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Reading, PA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Knowledge of the advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
