Leasing Consultant -Sales
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Consultant - Sales located in Venice, FL. Pay is generous and commission is $200 per lease!!
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for managing lease agreements, conducting property tours, facilitating resident retention, and supporting the overall lease administration process. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining open communication with residents and potential renters.
Qualifications
• Experience with Sales & Lease Administration and managing Leases
• Skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus
