Role SummaryThe Equity Research Summer Internship program is a ten-week undergraduate internship offering associates the opportunity to:Conduct fundamental research on an assigned industry and 1 – 2 companies within the industry, supported by training and mentorship from our investment platformAnalyze financial statements, industry trends, and competitive landscapesBuild 3 statement financial models to inform investment recommendationsProvide strategic investment insights, not just number crunchingPresent investment ratings and recommendations to senior investment professionalsThe goal of the internship is to evaluate the associate’s potential to return after graduation for our full-time Associate Analyst program. Rising juniors will be eligible for return internship offers for the following summer pending strong performance.QualificationsRequired:Minimum sophomore status (2025-2026 school year) at an accredited four-year university with a 3.5 or higher GPA.Undergraduate students matriculating between December 2026 and June 2028 are eligible to apply.Preferred:Strong interest in the markets and equity researchStrong academic background and intellectual curiosityHighly motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and with othersEffective verbal and written communication skillsFINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
