Job Description SummaryAs a Marketing Specialist (Build to Rent or “BTR”), you will be working with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and our corporate leadership, local operation teams, community property management company, and other stakeholders to lead and coordinate digital marketing initiatives that effectively execute our for-rent product offering. You will provide creative and organizational guidance for all Yardly digital marketing activities.Job DetailsWhat You’ll DoAssist Senior Marketing Operations Manager with coordination of all web, online and social media initiativesCoordinate the schedule and execution of e-blasts and work with Senior Marketing Operations Manager to track the success of programsOrganize and maintain visual assets in the media library to include photography, art, virtual tours, etc.Update and manage all website information with all site sources including, but not limited to, floor plans, maps, photography, video, community information, directions and other dataAct as the primary liaison to third-party digital marketing agencies and vendors as assignedProvide lead lists and data for accurate follow-ups related to community interest lists and lead nurture programsMaintain and organize project files, spreadsheets and other project resources as requiredPresent Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Yardly leadership with weekly traffic, website metrics and other reportsWork with internal and external IT development teams on active website improvement tickets and provide QA before manager final approvalLead social media initiatives for the overall Yardly brand and the individual propertiesCommunicate with leasing partners regarding traffic reports, website updates, and monthly social media contentPerform other duties as assignedSound Like You?You might be just who we’re looking for if you have…Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field or 1-2 years of marketing experience with website experience a plusYou are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skillsYou are a strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skillsYou are customer service oriented and believe the customer is the number one priorityYou understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlinesYou are open to a hybrid work schedule involving some days in the office and others working from homeFLSA Status: Non-ExemptWill have responsibilities such as:This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.Essential Functions:Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
