Customer Service Dispatcher
Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Administrator/Dispatcher to join our team! You will be responsible for scheduling technicians for
jobs and as well as providing customers with company services that are available.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and track the day to day scheduling of installations
• Communicate all schedule changes to Superintendents and Homeowners
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Dispatch field service technicians
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Work with Warehouse and Purchasing Manager to ensure all materials are ordered on a timely basis
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience of previous customer service , sales or related fields
• A strong working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft word, CRM systems and scheduling software required
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
