MAU is hiring a CNC Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC. As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you will establish internal processes to ensure the safe production of high-quality, compliant products while driving continuous improvement. This is a contract opportunity.

Required Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing
OR
Associate degree from an accredited university or college
• 3+ years of experience in production processes and equipment
• CNC grinding or programming experience

Essential Functions
• Support CNC machining cells through troubleshooting, improving equipment reliability, process rigor, tooling, and minor programming
• Manage projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with plant metrics
• Lead and drive qualifications as required
• Ensure engineering designs meet customer CTQs and compliance standards
• Develop and improve technical work instructions for manufacturing processes
• Maintain and enforce process documentation to ensure consistent quality
• Implement and sustain 5S methodology in assigned areas
• Support NPI/Repair by providing technical guidance on processes, quality, and programs
• Lead analytical and design activities using established technologies and methods
• Mentor others within your area of expertise
• Develop new solutions individually or in a team environment
• Communicate technical insights across the function
