Receiving and Submissions Processing Specialist - Cards (Starting at $16)
Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is a multi-divisional global organization which specializes in the third-party expert authentication, grading and conservation of collectible items including coins, currency, comics, trading card, sports cards and so much more. CCG is seeking highly motivated, team focused, detail orientated Receiving Specialist to join our multi-divisional global organization. Our Receiving Specialist provides exceptional review, verification and data base maintenance of customer submissions while maintaining production timelines with a superior accuracy.
In this role you will:
• Review/Verify customer Card submissions
• Enter submission information into company database
• Prepare submission for next step of production
• May travel periodically for domestic tradeshows as a company representative
What will help you succeed:
• Previous Receiving and Data Entry experience preferred
• Proficient with online research
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Able to work overtime hours when needed based on business needs and demands
Qualifications :
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Detail focused
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Superior customer focus
