Shift: Monday - Friday 9a - 6p Rotating Saturdays (once every 5 weeks) 8a - 4p On-call one night per week and every 5th weekend with incentive compensation of $150 for on-call weekends. The Big Task: You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment Empathize & understand customer’s urgent HVAC, plumbing & electrical problems You will learn the call flow in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers. Make outbound calls Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager. Skills you bring for success: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) 2+ years call center, customer service, sales, retail, or appointment setting Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or construction a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service and phone skills Strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities Strong listening and sales skills Ability to achieve target goal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers What We Offer: Health insurance; medical, dental, vision 401K Paid Vacation 6 Paid Holidays Life Insurance Policy A family.
