Job Description:
- Manage ventilators and provide medicated aerosol treatments.
- Oversee Bipap management and participate in open heart procedures.
- Perform intubations and arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analyses.
- Conduct chest physiotherapy (CPT) and manage Nitric and COVID-19 cases.
- Service a range of patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Work within a 24/7 department covering various hospital floors, including a 30-bed ICU, a 25-bed Open Heart unit, a 25-bed NICU unit, and a 45-bed Emergency Department.
- Adhere to scrub color guidelines, avoiding all red or all navy blue.
- Support flexible work arrangements, including rotating weekends and floating within the facility.
- Commit to working required holidays, adhering to the specified guidelines.
- Complete orientation requirements with full compliance needed to start on time.
- Participate in orientation modules to enhance specialty skills.
