Part-Time Leasing Professional (Experience Required) Gaines Investment Trust is looking for an experienced Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our team at Ventana Apartments in Scottsdale, AZ. Location: Ventana Apartments 14015 North 94th Street Scottsdale, AZ 85260 Compensation: $22 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly bonuses. What You’ll Do: Build Relationships – Connect with prospective and current residents to ensure satisfaction and retention. Lease Apartments – Help prospects find the right apartment and guide them through the leasing process. Maintain Records – Prepare lease documents and follow company procedures. Achieve Goals – Work towards achieving high occupancy rates and retention targets. Create a Positive Atmosphere – Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Follow Up – Ensure excellent customer service by following up with prospects and residents. Use Technology – Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software to manage leasing tasks. Be Reliable – Work on Saturdays, Mondays, and two weekdays to support business needs. Who We’re Looking For: 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience in property management. A passion for helping others and providing great service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Experience with Microsoft Office and Yardi software. Attention to detail and results-oriented. Able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Must live within a 25-minute commute of Scottsdale, AZ. A valid driver’s license.
