Job Overview: As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. This role will require some flexibility in working hours, including early morning (6am, 7am) and evening (5pm) check-ins from October through January. Additionally, you will be part of an on-call schedule and will need a valid driver's license for weekly client check-ins and community hiring events. Key Responsibilities: Achieve staffing objectives by consulting with clients to establish recruiting requirements and developing candidate databases. Oversee the sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes. Ensure that the client’s hiring requirements are met in a timely manner. Handle employee relations and counsel temporary associates when necessary. Manage attendance and performance of workers. Build strong working relationships with key contacts within client organizations, including HR, Production, and facilities teams. Supervise internal employees placed on-site as needed. Onboard new employees and discuss company protocols and expectations. Assist in managing the timecard process for temporary workers. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Requirements: At least 1 year of recruiting/staffing experience is required. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong recruiting, customer service, and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Spanish/English bilingual skills are required. Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary.
