The Office Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to ensure efficient management of supply chain processes, system access, and essential service setups for new clinics. This role will specifically support new clinics, particularly those affiliated with Novant Health Enterprises (NHE). The Office Coordinator will provide support specifically during the clinic integration phase and post-go-live period, ensuring a smooth transition. The Office Coordinator significantly enhances clinic efficiency by allowing frontline clinical staff to prioritize patient care over administrative responsibilities. This role mitigates operational bottlenecks, standardizes essential processes, and accelerates clinic readiness following new affiliations. Post-go-live, the Office Coordinator continues to ensure uninterrupted supply orders, system access, and operational workflows, thereby preventing delays in patient services and maintaining seamless clinic operations. QUALIFICATIONS High School or GED, required 2 years experience in administrative or operational support role, preferred 1 year experience in a healthcare environment, preferred Novant Health is an equal opportunity employer and conducts all human resource practices in compliance with federal, state and local civil rights and employment legislation.
