Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in fabrication processes. The Fabricator will play a crucial role in building and assembling components to meet project specifications. Qualifications: Ability to accurately read a tape measurer and shop drawings. Proficiency with drills, impact drivers, and hand tools commonly used in fabrication. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Dependability—punctuality and reliability are crucial. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods. Working Days and Hours Regular Schedule : Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the following breaks: 15-minute morning break 30-minute lunch break 15-minute afternoon break Fridays : Optional workday determined weekly. Responsibilities: Fabricating curtainwall and storefront frames using CNC machines, saws, tape measurer, drills, impact driver, and various hand tools. Interpreting shop drawings and Glazier Studio tag drawings to ensure precision in fabrication. Neatly sorting fabricated materials onto pallets for safe shipment to job sites. Your role is essential in maintaining high fabrication standards, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to a smooth production process.
