Specific Task and Duties: -Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies -Prepare food for service by working stations -Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff -Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions -Clean up station -Stock inventory appropriately -Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion -Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Skills Physical Requirements: - Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms, legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
