As Vehicle Process Associate you will perform installation of accessories and movement of vehicles for dealer network using client’s systems (SAP/VMS/VDS). This role is located with our client in the Greer, SC area. Responsibilities: Ensures vehicles are scanned into inventory. Supports process of inbound and outbound vehicle movements using FIFO. Performs installation of vehicle accessories and parts using hand tools or other equipment. Ensures work tools are properly assigned and counted. Visually inspects vehicles and parts for quality defects. Ensures parts are properly scrapped or recycled. Utilizes SAP/VMS/VDS for processing vehicle service orders and vehicle movements. Utilizes handheld scanners for updating vehicle locations. Acts as contact quality for any defects found on parts or vehicles. Assists where necessary including accessory install, vehicle movements and scanning inventory. Daily problem solving and adherence to work instructions. Ensure all deadlines are met. Adheres to 5S and Safety Standards and Principles. Understands and models VPS Principles and concepts of Standard Work and Problem Solving. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of working experience (preferred). 1+ years of experience working in a production environment 1+ years of experience with all MS Office applications. 1+ years vehicle experience (preferred). Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission (preferred). Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required. 1+ years Logistics and/or warehouse knowledge (preferred). 1+ years SAP knowledge (preferred).
