COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Route-based Base Pay + High-Commission Structure: Roughly $44,000 total Lucrative Incentives: Achieve targets and overlay incentives for increased earnings. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and build relationships with existing customers in your sales territory. Promotions & Sales Directives – execute promotional activity and execute Sales Directives set forth on monthly goal planners and sales meetings. Drive a company vehicle (size of a box truck) and serve customers on a designated route. Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized. Secure high value retail space for Red Bull products. Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability Merchandise product within your accounts, and make sure we look premium. REQUIREMENTS Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude, organized time manager Able to consistently lift 50 lbs. (cases of Red Bull) Driver’s license with a clean driving record 21+ years of age Basic accounting and math skills Customer Service Experience, at least 1 year. Work with DSD preferred Must be able to adeptly work a handheld and have basic computing skills DOT medical card required (If you do not have one, you will need to take the DOT physical.) High school diploma or GED required
