The Manager, Employee Wellness is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives aimed at promoting and improving the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of team members within the organization, by conducting needs assessments, developing targeted wellness programs, educating employees on healthy habits, and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives to create a supportive workplace culture for healthy behaviors; often collaborating with other departments and external vendors to ensure alignment with company goals. The Manager, Employee Wellness will collaborate closely with human resources, management teams, and external wellness providers to ensure the successful execution of wellness initiatives. The Wellness Manager will also be responsible for evaluating program effectiveness, analyzing data, and making recommendations for continuous improvement. The Manager, Employee Wellness must demonstrate compassion and empathy and is an individual who genuinely cares about team member well-being and is committed to creating a supportive and healthy workplace environment. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college Eligible to work in the United States, without sponsorship. Possesses strong leadership, communication, organizational, planning, critical thinking, conflict resolution, financial management, and problem-solving skills. Able to analyze data and prepare reports.
