Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to Chef Adam's standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food management practices, including food handling and safety regulations. Experience in supervising kitchen staff is preferred but not required. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Creative mindset with an interest in menu planning and culinary innovation. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive work environment.
