Job Summary To provide safe passage to and from the Airport for our guest, while maintaining the cleanliness of the Hotel in between trips. Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to: 1. Respond to guest request for a shuttle in timely efficient manner. 2. Report and Track Van needs to the appropriate management in a timely manner 3. Assist Guest with Luggage in and out of the Shuttle Van 4. Greet and welcome the guest. Offer assistance to the guest and respond to the guest’s needs promptly and courteously. 5. Clean corridors, guest areas, lobby, service areas and linen closets 6. Empty housekeepers' trash and linen bags 7. Carry trash to dumpster 8. Deliver rollaway beds and cribs to guestrooms 9. Stock supplies needed for linen closets 10. Vacuum public areas and corridors 11. Mop vending machine areas and keep machines clean 12. Check and clean all public restrooms several times daily 13. Check an clean all elevators several times daily 14. Assist with luggage handling 15. Strip beds and/or clean rooms when needed 16. Check lights and change bulbs 17. Maintain outside grounds daily 18. Assist in the unloading and storing of deliveries 19. Complete duties and confirm on shift checklist as assigned 20. Wash and Fold leftover Laundry from day. 21. Various other duties assigned by Supervisor Work Environment - Frequent standing, walking and bending forward and trunk rotation while standing - Frequent stair climbing, kneeling and reaching both above and below shoulders - Vision – must have the ability to adjust focus as well as use of peripheral and depth/distance vision - Hands/Fingers – frequent use of fine motor skills - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers in a positive and professional manner - Frequent lifting, carrying pushing and pulling up to 25 lbs. - Occasional squatting, ladder climbing and crawling - Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
