Production and Assembly Technician

A growing Optical Precision manufacturing company is seeking an Entreprenurial- minded Production and Assembly Technician to help grow our business.
Job Description:
• Responsible for light manufacturing activities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read blue-prints and operate machinery is a must.
• Operate light machinery in safe and controlled manner
• Keep inventory of materials in stock, alert of shortage and the need to reorder supply.
• Shipping, receiving and preparing outgoing orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, moderate fitness level. CrossFit / fitness discipline a plus. Preference to IFBB, NPC professional.
• Courteous, mature and polite individual.
• Self-motivated and responsible, emotionally stable and confident.
• High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.
• 3-5 years of production and assembly experience.
• Associate degree, at minimum.
