The Interim Clinic Administrator provides essential leadership and hands-on management for newly affiliated or transitioning clinics to ensure seamless integration into Novant Health. This role stabilizes clinic operations and maintains exceptional patient care standards throughout periods of transition.
The Interim Clinic Administrator fills critical leadership gaps during periods of transition, ensuring affiliated clinics remain efficient and compliant while smoothly integrating into Novant Health systems. By maintaining operational stability, this role significantly reduces the risk of disruption to patient care and accelerates clinic onboarding processes.
Post-transition, the Interim CA continues to support clinic teams in navigating operational challenges, troubleshooting system and workflow issues, and reinforcing the adoption of Novant Health’s standards. Their involvement is crucial for mitigating integration risks, providing stability to staff during changes, and ensuring a consistently remarkable patient experience. Frequent travel between facilities required.
Qualifications
4 Year Bachelor's Degree, Required
5 Years Leadership Experience, Required
2 Years Practice Manager experience, required
