Day to day as a Logistics Coordinator
As a Logistics Coordinator at RTO National, you will be at the forefront of managing our logistical operations, directly influencing our extensive network of dealers and contract drivers. This pivotal role ensures the timely and efficient delivery and retrieval of assets, working closely with Asset Recovery, Legal, and Inventory Management departments to uphold our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with dealers and delivery contractors, researching and onboarding new contractors, and providing comprehensive training on our retrieval processes and policies. You will also evaluate the performance of contractors, ensuring reliability and adherence to company standards. By maintaining accurate documentation and partnering with Asset Recovery Specialists, you will play a key role in aligning logistics requirements and facilitating smooth operations. Additionally, processing liability damage waiver claims will be part of your duties, contributing to a seamless and efficient logistics framework that supports our customer-centric approach.
