Job Description: As a Cook at Meadows Center for Nursing and Healing , you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our patients. Your key responsibilities include: Food Preparation: Assist with food prep following established dietary guidelines and under the direction of the Food Services Manager. Menu Creation: Prepare nutritious and tasty dishes based on the needs of our patients. Kitchen Equipment Operation: Skillfully use kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, and more. Menu Substitutions: Understand menu substitutions and ensure they are recorded accurately. Positive Interaction: Provide a warm, friendly, and compassionate demeanor to patients, family members, and visitors. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and corporate compliance standards to ensure the highest level of service. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a cooking or food service role. Passion for preparing healthy, delicious meals that make a difference in people’s lives.
