Job Description An Industrial Cleaning Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning operations in an industrial setting. Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Monday: 7am - 3:30pm Tuesday: 7am - 3:30pm Wednesday: 7am - 3:30pm Saturday: 5:00pm - 6am Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervising and managing a team of industrial cleaners. Assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance. Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Cleaning Operations: Developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures. Inspecting facilities and equipment for cleanliness and safety hazards. Ensuring proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies. Quality Control: Establishing and maintaining high cleaning standards. Conducting regular quality inspections and audits. Identifying and resolving cleaning issues promptly. Safety and Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and procedures. Providing safety training to team members. Ensuring compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. Work Experience Required Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience in industrial cleaning and maintenance. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
