Now Hiring: Custodian - Immediate Opening in Greenville, SC Job Details: · Schedule : 8:00AM-2:00PM · Pay : $15.67 per hour · Requirements : o Must have a high school diploma or GED o Must pass a comprehensive background check o Prior janitorial experience preferred o Must have a valid SC Driver's License · As a Custodian , you will play a key role in keeping both indoor and outdoor areas clean, organized, and event-ready. Working under direct guidance, you’ll ensure spaces are well-maintained, stocked, and safe for use. Key Responsibilities · Interior Facility Cleanliness : Perform routine cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, waxing,/stripping floors, and shampooing rugs. Operate professional cleaning equipment and manage general cleaning tasks such as trash/recycling removal, restroom sanitation, and spill cleanups. · Exterior Grounds Maintenance : Keep outdoor areas clean and inviting by picking up litter, sweeping sidewalks, cleaning exterior windows, and handling light landscaping tasks. Remove graffiti and provide plant care as needed. · Event & Facility Support : Assist with event setups and breakdowns, including arranging furniture and equipment. Support minor maintenance tasks such as painting and posting signage. Maintain tools and track inventory to ensure supplies are available.
