Job Title: Training & Development Leader Location: Hybrid (live within commuting distance toLakewood Ranch, FL) Reports To: President/CEO Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Learning and Development Manager to lead training initiatives and drive continuous improvement across our workforce nationwide. This role is pivotal in onboarding new team members, designing and delivering comprehensive training modules, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The successful candidate will bring innovative solutions to training and development, ensuring that our employees are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Training: Develop, coordinate, and execute onboarding training programs for all new team members, ensuring they understand and apply company processes, procedures, and culture. Design, implement, and continuously update training modules and development programs tailored to various roles across the organization. Program Development & Innovation: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create innovative, interactive learning solutions. Evaluate and integrate new learning technologies and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness. Monitor and assess the performance of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and post-training evaluations. Collaborate with the corporate coach for the company-wide coaching program. Travel & Delivery: Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions at multiple locations across the country. Manage travel schedules efficiently to ensure comprehensive coverage and support for all training initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert in learning and development, offering guidance and support to managers and employees. Partner with HR and senior leadership to align training programs with organizational goals and strategic initiatives. Administrative & Reporting Duties: Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports on training progress, effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business administration, or a related field Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and onboarding initiatives. Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new learning technologies and methodologies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and travel extensively. Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training-related software. Event planning, hospitality, or homebuilding industry experience a plus. Skills & Competencies: Instructional Design: Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials and curricula. Adaptability: Comfortable with frequent travel and working in diverse environments. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges in current training programs and implementing innovative solutions. Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to drive training initiatives.
