JOB DESCRIPTION Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in Greenville, SC. Our client is a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities of a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) includes: Customer Contract & Relationship Management: Oversee all written contractual agreements with customers, including terms and conditions, minimum order quantities, lead times, and purchase obligations. Ensure all contract deviations receive appropriate approvals. Manage contract renewals and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer commitments. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with material planners to monitor and manage customer consumption requirements. Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Lead product implementation efforts from RFQ to delivery. Analyze customer consumption patterns and address any discrepancies. Product Introduction and Promotion: Introduce new products and services to key accounts, emphasizing benefits and competitive advantages. Coordinate training and product support to ensure successful adoption. Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team. Customer Support & Financial Management: Ensure high-quality customer service and prompt resolution of inquiries. Work with internal teams to coordinate seamless service delivery. Monitor accounts receivables and follow up on overdue payments. Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies. Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market insights. Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Collaboration and Coordination: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and finance teams. Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall sales strategy. Ensure alignment of account strategies with company objectives. Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM tools and sales pipeline reports. REQUIRED Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in key account management, sales, or contract management. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic initiatives. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
