About the Role This role involves overseeing multiple construction projects and leading teams that include superintendents, foremen, journeymen, helpers, and subcontractors. Has hands-on experience working with or managing trades like rigging, millwright, welding, fabrication, crane operations, and civil. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment used in industrial construction Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills Proven ability to manage budgets and meet contribution targets Prior experience managing industrial construction projects is required Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, architects, and vendors. Confident representing the company in meetings and updates. Can review, administer, and execute prime and subcontract agreements. Familiar with AIA documentation, payment applications, schedules of values, and change orders. Comfortable building and managing manpower-loaded schedules using MS Project or Excel.
