Loan Officer Assistant
On Q Home Loans is currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Licensed Sales Assistant to join our innovative and passionate team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to support our team of 2-3 loan officers in delivering top-notch service. Flexible to work in office/remote/hybrid
Pay Range: $40-$43k Annual Salary-plus per file bonus and commission
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with clients to take loan applications and answer questions with a friendly, professional touch.
- Structure loan files and gather supporting documents to keep everything on track.
- Prepare files for processing and underwriting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on leads and reach out to past clients to build relationships and drive business.
- Collaborate closely with loan officers to streamline the process and keep deals moving forward.
What We’re Looking For:
- **Must-Have:** Active NMLS license.
- **Bonus Points:** Experience in loan processing or underwriting—we’d love to hear about it!
- A knack for details and a high S (Steadiness) and C (Conscientiousness) on the DISC profile.
- Familiarity with Encompass software (or a willingness to master it quickly).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
