Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Greenwood, SC. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, including administrative tasks, managing office equipment, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling communication, scheduling showings, inspections and closings, managing office supplies, and supporting team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
• Experience with QuickBooks, Buildium and Canva is a plus
• Strong organizational, follow up and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with real estate operations is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are an advantage
• Background Check required
