In this hands-on role, you’ll manage accounts payable, payroll, billing, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance. You’ll also establish financial benchmarks, monitor KPIs, and oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring that financial goals align with company objectives. Your insights and financial recommendations will directly support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
The company is seeking a skilled financial leader with a minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in both public and private accounting is ideal, along with proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel) and a solid understanding of GAAP and tax regulations. Experience managing multi-location and multi-business line operations is crucial, as is the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
