Job Title: Industrial Assembler - $18.50 - $20/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Light Industrial Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly tasks, utilizing both hand tools and air wrenches. This role involves working with a tape measure, performing production assembly, lifting up to 35 lbs. The assembler will load and unload valves into assembly fixtures, transport valves to workstations, work off blueprints and work instructions, and use assembly/torque tools. Additionally, the assembler will perform quality checks, retrieve replacement parts from the stockroom, install and remove bubble test fittings, and complete paperwork for assembly operations.
Responsibilities • Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools and air wrenches
• Utilize a tape measure for precise measurements
• Engage in production assembly tasks
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Load and unload valves into assembly fixtures
• Work from blueprints and work instructions
• Use assembly and torque tools effectively
• Conduct quality checks on assembled products
• Retrieve replacement parts from the stockroom
• Install and remove fittings
• Complete necessary paperwork for assembly operation
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
