Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an Architect Firm which offers terrific benefits and a competitive salary.  This individual must be experienced with business development, design, construction documents, permits and bidding.Â
Project Manager Position Summary:
- Will have professional experience as a licensed Architect
- Will lead a team to create spaces for clients
- Be responsible for finished plans specifications and material approval
- Have a diverse knowledge of architecture principles
- Be responsible for managing all phases of the clients needs
Project Manager Qualifications Summary:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must be a licensed Architect
- Project Manager with at least 8 years experience as a licensed Architect
- Advanced techniques and modification experience
- Be able to supervise and guide younger staff in new concepts,objectives and policy matters
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Organized, excellent attention to detail and strong at multitasking
- Ability to work independently and with a team environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance
- Excellent talent for interacting with people in a positive and courteous manner
Approximately $95,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
