Automotive Industrial Cleaner
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Automotive Industrial Cleaner for a company based in Greer, SC . In this role, you’ll be responsible for upholding the safety and sanitation standards required in an industrial setting .

$20.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Saturday only 6pm-6am
Automotive Industrial Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities
Wiping down surfaces, windows, and walls to remove dust, grease, and other contaminants.
Using specialized tools to clean under large machines and around production equipment, where oil, grease, and debris tend to accumulate.
Safely handling and disposing of hazardous chemicals, oils, or solvents used in the automotive production process. This includes following OSHA guidelines for hazardous waste management.
Identifying and reporting any maintenance needs, such as clogged drains, broken lights, or malfunctioning cleaning equipment, to the appropriate department.
Automotive Industrial Cleaner Qualifications and Requirements
Prior experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or any other cleaning roles is often preferred, but not always required. Experience working in environments like manufacturing plants or warehouses is a plus. .
P hysically demanding, requiring long hours on your feet, bending, lifting, and sometimes working in confined or hard-to-reach spaces.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, goggles, and steel-toed boots, to protect yourself from debris and any potentially hazardous materials
A bility to work well with other team members and communicate effectively with supervisors or maintenance teams
