Job Title: Leasing Consultant – 360-Unit Community
Location: North Port, FL
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at a vibrant 260-unit community in North Port, FL . The ideal candidate will have prior leasing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of ResMan and Knock is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents
• Assist with lease applications and renewals
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the leasing system
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion
• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
• Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents
• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and prospective tenants
• Conduct lease renewals and help ensure resident satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
• Previous leasing experience required
• Experience with ResMan or similar property management software is a plus
• Familiarity with Knock leasing software is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
