Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Sarasota, FL. The Construction Manager will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
• Excellent Supervisory Skills and ability to manage construction teams
• Expertise in Construction Safety and regulatory compliance
• In-depth knowledge of Construction processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to solve problems and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Relevant experience in residential construction is preferre
