Job Description •
Assist the Director of Construction in overseeing assigned projects through all phases, including design development, plan review, construction, and final delivery.
•
Ensure that all necessary construction information is shared with both the contractor and development team in a timely manner to guarantee the success of the project.
•
Manage the design team during the construction phase to ensure smooth collaboration and project progress.
•
Work closely with the Director of Construction to maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, and construction quality.
•
Support and implement company-wide construction systems and policies to promote efficient teamwork and achieve both individual and collective goals.

The Successful Applicant •
Experience managing construction projects for an owner/developer, including overseeing design teams during the creation of working drawings, managing general contractors throughout the construction process, delivering the finished product to customers, and managing ongoing warranty programs.
•
Hands-on experience in delivering residential projects to buyers in roles such as development associate, construction professional, customer service representative, or similar positions across multiple projects.
•
Familiarity with construction standards for fit and finishes, as well as both commercial and residential building systems.
•
Knowledge of Arizona real estate development a plus.
What's on Offer $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience
