What We're Looking For:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing projects within the Industrial & Energy
domain all while working alongside the client service leader, assisting firsthand in building the operation from scratch along with
leading a team. Your responsibilities include:
Client Liaison:
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.
• Coordinate events, lead client meetings, and facilitate internal project discussions.
• Ensure timely delivery of the final project to the client.
Effective Project Execution:
• Collaborate with office leadership to execute proper project management procedures.
• Develop contracts, including subcontracts, adhering to Barge terms.
• Prepare comprehensive Project Management Plans.
Quality Assurance:
• Implement and execute the Quality Program.
• Provide technical engineering guidance to resolve project challenges and obstacles.
Technical Leadership:
• Occasionally function as an engineering technical lead on projects.
• Stakeholder Relationships:
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Additional Duties:
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Certification :
• PE (Professional Engineer) registration.
Training:
• Attend and actively participate in Project Management training programs.
Physical Requirements:
• Mobility: Ability to walk, sit, and stand.
• Manual Dexterity: Occasionally reach with hands, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Climbing: Occasionally climb heights of 25-30 feet.
