We are seeking an Estimator with Project Management experience to join our team and manage complex, custom commercial plumbing projects.

Your Responsibilities:
• Service Projects Estimating: Prepare accurate, detailed estimates for special commercial plumbing projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs. Experience estimating Healthcare projects highly valued
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction
• Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, complete take-offs, adjust forecasts and expenses as needed to ensure financial success
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with codes
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including delays, cost overruns, or technical issues
• Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates to clients and project teams. Be the first trusted call from customers
• Change Orders & Proposals: Manage change orders, ensuring scope changes are properly documented and accounted for
What We Are Looking For:
• Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Project Manager in the commercial plumbing industry, especially for healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation practices, and codes
• Proficiency in estimating software (FastPipe) and project management tools (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Valid plumbing license and/or project management certification preferred
• Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
