Customer Experience Specialist

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Greet visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor and answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Collect pertinent information from clients to efficiently open and dispatch tickets, maintaining accurate records for reference.
• Route inquiries and requests to the appropriate department or staff member, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Prepare and deliver quotes to customers and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange and manage meeting schedules and conference room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Uphold the tidiness and organization of the front desk area, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
• Provide administrative support as required, assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Required Skills And Abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative role, with excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
